:heh: Repeating the same sentiment over & over doesn't make it true.

:mjlol: Until Detroit is in the 8th seed or better, they're not a "playoff caliber team!"

:pachaha: And a 2 -1 record at the beginning of the season for Detroit against Charlotte & New York ain't "ballin out" breh.
Do you know what caliber means? :dead:

Funny how Westbrook is just a stat padder when he gets triple doubles but Ben Simmons gets praised for getting triple doubles. Double standards and agendas are real.

First off he won MVP. Secondly, he is a stat padder. He a great player but it is what it is. Although he has plenty of triple doubles “the right way” It’s been multiple examples of him shamelessly chasing triple doubles.

It’s a great accomplishment. But since low post play is not what it used to be and offensive rebounding is largely ignored by most offenses, these triple doubles should be taken with a grain of salt.

At least a little bit.

I still think Simmons is a good player.
Good for him to be in the books with Magic.

It's obvious YOU don't know what "caliber" means! :heh:

caliber
noun

US /ˈkæl·ə·bər/
[ U ] the degree of quality or excellence of something or someone:

1.
the quality of someone's character or the level of someone's ability.

caliber Definition in the Cambridge English Dictionary

:sas2:
The degree of quality, the level of their ability. Doesn't mean they have to exactly be currently in the playoffs to be a playoff caliber team, they're in the same tier as the 7-8 seeds
You tried tho

When Ben’s teammates move out the way for him to get a rebound like OKC does then you can say that

:mjlol: Learning to understand what you read is fundamental! The level of Detroit's ability is 9th place, which makes the Pistons NOT a "playoff caliber team."

:heh: You're just Juelzing fam & making up shyt now!

The Pistons aren't in the same "tier" as the 7- 8 seeds as the first 8 seeds are guaranteed playoff spots while the & the second tier 9-15 standings AREN'T!

I can see this post getting quoted a lot in the future if Detroit makes the playoffs

It wouldn't matter because I never stated Detroit was completely incapable of making the playoffs, but that based on their current standings, the Pistons aren't a "playoff caliber team" which at this point in the regular season is true.
