Was Stern really that tough about things you did OUTSIDE of the sport? I dont even think he suspended Iverson for the incident he had with his wife,and pulling a gun on somebody(allegedly). I think he was cleared of that,but he did have a gun charge before and got one game. I think everybody looks at the Arenas incident. But he actually bought a gun into the locker room

Wasn’t Stern the one to put all those excessive fines in place … along with the Players Association of course. Two years for drug use for example. Stern wanted the NBA to be global, he couldn’t risk anyone damaging the image.

Im not saying a PSA about having guns period. Im specefically talking about gun safety. Alot of kids get shot playing with guns. A PSA of him acknowledging its stupid to hold a gun up by your face,or wave a gun around could save a life or two.


Its more like an older breh telling young brehs to not smoke weed with everybody,because it could be laced with something. Im pretty sure that advice has saved some weed smokers some grief.
