They could do it if they want to. It's not like America would give a shyt about it, which is what ultimately scares them from doing it outside of the preseason.
They'd rather keep up the international crowd at 4AM like they always do instead of making us get hyped for an all-star game at 11AM.

Salute the angel of stern for leaving the nba in this great position especially with tv contracts coming up for negotiation. Baseball is suppose to be Americas past time and it had 2 of their biggest franchises in the World Series with no black player in sight on either team and they lost to a NBA finals with the Spurs being one of the teams
