WCFMVP should've been named after Kobe
They already renamed ASG MVP after him
WCFMVP should've been named after Kobe
Baseball does
I'm conflicted.
Part of me thinks this is an extension of participation trophy culture
8th place ribbons?That shyt’s overblown. There were plenty of participation, runner-up, 8th place ribbons/medals/trophies in the 80s and 90s
Garbage
Only adjustment needed is to make (Steals, Scoring, Rebounds) awards based on totals vs averages. The player who scores the most points in the season should be the scoring champ, Not the player that has the higher per game average. This would eliminate some of the "rest" days for players.
There is a NLCS MVP and ALCS MVP just for the National and American league championships series, not the regular seasonTotally different situation and not due to the playoffs. Those awards are based on the regular seasons. Baseball has way too many players so and 162 games make more sense for them to do that. Weak ass comparison

You shouldnt win it for playing less games though. You want stars to play, this is the way to incentivize it. Gotta go play to get the awardsThis ish is dumb, especially since it is West & East Conf Finals.
Nope, because if you play less games, you're more than likely to have less totals. Per Game is perfectly fine, because the sample size is great enough.
Yeah, there really shouldn’t be an issue here lol. Guys just get upset about anything that’s change.Lol what's wrong with doing this? You literally have a trophy for winning the conference, so what's so wrong about adding an MVP award for it?
