It's amazing how many people bring up the " Expansion= watering down the league" argument in these threads.

Same people would be perfectly fine with the NBA giving teams 1 more active roster spot..because it gives players/teams more opportunities

The demographics and money in Vancouver have changed dramatically since the grizzlies left for Memphis , they would easily sell out every game and sell luxury suites, nba players would love the city. And I could see Rogers or Bell sellinf their raptors stake to own them outright, or some 18 year old international sfu student

I didn't say they couldn't support a NBA team.. but they definitely can't support 2 NBA teamsDon't confuse The Strip with the actual city of Las Vegas

The NHL already has a team coming there, it looks like the Raiders will apply for relocation in January and if they get a NBA team somebody is going to be assed out. And I say hockey would be first on that list followed by a NBA team. The Raiders would be fine because its only 8-10 Sundays out of the year. Alot of tourist will fly in and make it a weekend out of an NFL game. The NBA and NHL will mostly be dependent on the locals of Vegas on a nightly basis. Have you seen Vegas off the Strip

NBAPA should fight because its going to hurt money of its members, NBA already trying to drive prices down, if they expand they will claim they are even more financially strapped and demand a harder pay cap.

The cap will go up, more teams equal higher tv deals, higher merchandise, higher ticket sales, more jobs. Plus expansion fees

Guarantee you teams on vegas, Seattle, Vancouver would draw more and bring in more revenue than 15 other nba teams right now

A owner will prob pay like 800 mill just for the expansion fees ,

Hell the hockey team in Vegas paid 500 mill for the expansion fee
