In all honesty, you should hate him a lot more than I do. He was losing games for your team for years. Even when he "won" games he was just making up for the 10-15 points he shaved throughout the game.

Kobe and Pau are verbal floppers. even if they don't take a dive, they're still trying to deceive the refs/cheat their way to the line and should be dealt with accordingly.

Even though it looks like a flop, how would you be able to justify handing out a fine when a small argument could be made that it wasn't a flop
The easy way to stop flopping would be controversial.
Flopping is used to STOP the shooters POSSESSION AND prolong defensive TEAMS from falling into team penalty for free throws.
Reverse this by making offensive fouls a team foul for the defense, BUT STILL NOT A PERSONAL FOUL on or against the shooter. So if you feel you cant stop Lebron fine no need to get sloppy and try to hide from the refs, just flop down and give up free throws anyway. But keep defense players from foul out from TOUCH FOULS.
Then it won't matter if they flop defense because they get the possession of the ball, but they will give up free throws quicker.
A clear path foul is already two FT + BALL right?
The refs are already on high alert for flagrant fouls, so this will cancel out the unfair balance.

Goaltending is changed for this season too, ONCE SHOT TOUCH RIM anybody can touch the ball no waiting or hesitation.
