They should just charge them with a foul and keep it moving.

The game's so fast it's nearly impossible to correctly call someone for flopping during a game.

that's it?

30k at most for these guys. That's nothing to the meid level salary players and up. We won't be seeing the Matt Barnes nor Goudelocks flopping, but I can see CP3 smugging right now.:smugfavre:

You can't make the fines for flopping higher than the fines for flagrant fouls. That makes no sense.

Flopping in a Game 6 that sends the other teams star player out of the game is worth much more than 30k brehs

Once you've been called for flopping by the review committee you should be suspended for a game, and let the punishments snowball from there. :beli:

On the surface this seems like a slap on the wrist but in reality this will put an end to it.

Some players do it so much they're definitely going to catch over five violations. So in Essence being a habitual flopper (Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Manu Ginobli) will get you a $60K fine and a suspension....

The rules for it are going to be different in the playoffs, probably much harsher.

This won't take off. They don't wanna fukk with the superstars that much. shyt will be sweet til LeBron or Kobe get a game for flopping, then everyone's gonna complain like that time Kobe actually got suspended a game for flailing his arms out

Why not just give them a tech and call it a day?

It's too fukking hard to catch a flop when it initially happens on the court. It's always easy for fans to say how obvious something was when we get too see it multiple times from multiple angles in slow motion. Refs have to be able to spot that shyt as it happens.

how hard is it to hire a referee with a monitor to just watch for flopping? :comeon:
