My goodness, what theater and cinematography
There's just no way someone can watch that intro and then change the channel.
the nba social media channel used it to promote Christmas games last season

It always meant appointment T.V. in my household. I used to love how they'd built a narrative and then the actual games would play out like a movie..... That's my NBA

Hard to describe it but that theme made the game seem so much more "professional" back in the days.
Please stop catering to the hip-hop/street crowd and bring it back.
I don't even watch NBA too much until the playoffs nowadays but I would probably tune in way more just off the strength of that theme if they brought it back
