Oakland CA
most irrelevant team in the league
no-fan base
-empty crowds night in and night out
why did the NBA think Brooklyn would compete with the KNICKS, who are arguably the biggest thing in NYC..

cut your losses and now and get rid of this franchise

the NBA thought people in Brooklyn would gravitate to them and have civic pride, but didnt realize this isnt the 1990s anymore, Brooklyn is 90% midwestern cac's...:francis:

They're irrelevant because they havent been good for years, not due to the location. There was a lot of hype during and after the transition. People wanted to be Nets fans, but the front office made terrible moves and they've been stagnant ever since.

Whenever they start winning, it'll be packed.

:manny: blame Bruce Ratner, Barclays Center was a big piece in his real estate plans in Brooklyn, the Nets were a means to get that done. Originally, the Prudential Center was going to be Devils/Nets collaboration but then YankeesNets business partnership collapsed with the Nets and Devils getting separate ownership group not involved with each other. I personally like Barclays Center setup as much I wish the Nets stayed in Newark. Seems like Sean Marks has the organization in the right direction after Billy King and his epic screw ups.

nope, even when they made the playoffs, it was empty as hell. terrible decision.

Should've just moved them to Vancouver, Seattle or some shyt.

Yep set themselves back a decade trading for old players and moving picks to do it.

Lol at nope. They made the playoffs as obvious 1st round fodder, that doesnt mean they were good or even exciting. When the front office eventually makes moves to bring some excitement/potential to the franchise, the bandwagon will start to fill up.

naw, i think nobody cares.. u think die-hard KNICK fans are gonna jump ship to a team with no history or identity?

90% of Brooklyn is gentrified hipster cac's from the Midwest, they dont watch the NBA fam.

My Pops Forever RIP
them pics are sad as fuk, whats even funnier at one time they tickets prices were higher than the knicks :dead:

them hipsters rather spend a fifty dollars on some organic, gmo free, flaxseed mayonnaise in a mason jar than watching a nets game.
You know what else is sad? For all the grief we give the Nets and Pelicans, they're not the worst NBA draws.
