They have so many guards already, and taking Jackson would be odd because he and Brown are similar. I don't get why they'd want one of these PGs so much, unless they plan on giving Thomas the boot.




I just don't see the obsession with the 2017 pick for a team loaded with guards already, the Nets will be awful next year and next years draft has Bamba and Ayton who are more in line with what the Celtics need and them coming off the bench wouldn't be as much of a waste. Also, has Porter who is the type of player Ainge craves, 6'10" SF with an outside game.

Why do we need another point guard? Its clear IT isnt going anywhere and most likely smart. We can keep the 2018 and still it will be a lottery pick. 2018 has big men which is who we need.

It's gotta be Bradley and one of those picks. We dont need another PG, and we hope that one of those picks comes close to PG/Butler. You mention Wiggins but Wiggins isnt even better than Butler or PG now and hes been in the league for 2 years. So we gonna wait 4 years for our pick to possible emerge as an all star?
