what i wanna know is how do players get new sig skills in association? like what determines how they get it?

i know jwall gets floor general, adavis gets defensive anchor etc.

No idea something tells me Im fukking up by not simming through some associations on my own. Something tells me the skils come as certains thing a player is good max out.
