Let's say you move his steal attribute to 85. It would probly put him at 95 ovr rating( whith our current sliders we don't get on ball steals anyway)
The ovr rating is not something you should go by all the time. It can be misleading. You can move some minor shyt and the ratings would go up on a player
Rubio is a good pg but he's not good at finishing at the rim at all.
