The draft is at 8 eastern, 7 central. Free agency starts immediately after the draft. once the draft is over you have between 12-24 hours to use your reward points

If you are not present for the draft/free agency, you need to use the player finder to make manual offers to free agents early. if you dont know how to do that watch this video. i didnt put it in the video but theres a column that says "years left" change that to "free agent" and then press start.
