NBA's Western Conference has so much more star power. It's crazy.

We can't diminish the teams Bron had to face and beat though during his great run
Big 3 Celtics
Pistons - Sheed/Billups/Rip/Ben/Tayshaun
MVP D. Rose Bulls
These Warrior squads
Spurs
Dwights Magic - (Was a good team)
PG's Pacers

These are great squads Bron has had to deal with

Kobe beat the big 3 Celtics to win a title,

Lebron wasnt even in the playoffs when pistons beat lakers.

Those same pistons were a non factor when it was lebrons turn in Miami, and when Miami happened for lebron, those Celtics were already done after Meeting Kobe twice in the Finals.

Bulls were a fluke EC team, and so was roses mvp (shouldve been lebrons), and lebron shut lil homie down sick nasty, and nobody else on that team was gonna carry them like rose.

I give lebron a semi-pass for facing the warriors squad, this year ONLY.

Kobe beat them Spurs plenty times
Kobe beat Dwights Magic to win a title

:yeshrug:

U had to mention 2 Western Conference teams too when were discussing individual players conferences :mjlol:

The lebron stans WOAT and they dont accept anything that doesnt fit the narrative of "lebron is the greatest"

Facts upon facts have been presented and they turn the blind eye.

Kobe and Duncan had to go through a gauntlet (and at times each other) in order to be in the position to win 10 titles combined since 98-99

But these cats wanna give props to a dude who be bullying kelly fukking olynyk on the 1st seed in the EC

fukking Joke of a conference man

Gauntlets, yet only 5 teams from the west have made it to the finals since MJ retired (LAL, SA, OKC, Dallas, GSW) :mjlol:

Stop it with this nonsense, we propping up Memphis, Phoenix, TWolves, Mavs pre '11 now??

The West may be a tougher conference at the top, but it's not like the rest of the Conference would be much better off in the East.
The 6 of the 7 Western teams that did not reach the playoffs didn't have a winning record against Eastern Conference teams this past season.

Denver vs the East: 16-14
New Orleans vs the East: 14-16
Dallas vs the East: 14-16
Sacramento vs the East: 11-19
Minnesota vs the East: 13-17
Los Angeles Lakers vs the East: 10-20
Phoenix vs the East: 13-17

A rudimentary high level view, to be sure.
But the point remains.

As far as "star power", well...that's more perception than anything.

there are more teams in the west that are TRYING to build contenders than the east and its been that way for a long time. the majority of owners are just happy to make profit. if they also happen to make the playoffs, cool. how many teams in the east are aggressive in free agency and are willing to go far above the cap ?

Why did you say you were being generous with DAJ, Gobert, and Lopez but not Wade/Melo? :mjlol:

Gobert is better than a good portion of that list.

THAT'S what you got from this? :camby:

If LeBron has it so easy, why don't all of these Western Conference free agents just join a team in the East and go get that easy route as well? :usure: They know better.

You aren't really this retarded? Are you implying that they're avoiding Lebron? Ya because going through a gauntlet that ends with Warriors is much easier than going through Lebron, right? :mjlol:

Have considered the West teams have better cities, management, and draft better? Ya it's that, no one is avoiding Lebron.

Disgusting how easy lebron has it:hhh:
why does the first reply has to be with lebron?

any other star is welcome to play in east, why no one's joining the east? Go ahead build the celtics super team (danny dont want it), where is the knicks super team :russ: bulls rebuilding? :mjlol:

the west just got jimmy and george for free, and thats two of the top 5 players from the east, it's absurd how much better the gm's from the west are compared to the east

the east right now has cavs and the future of bucks sixers and celtics. The rest are sooooo irrelevant, including the wizards

13 of the top 15 players in the league are now in the west.

Including the best shooters, defenders, and 3-4 of the best players at each position. All in the same conference
