Nearly 800k People Moved Down South Since Last July

Been here my whole life, and I don’t plan on leaving. Still places for me to go within the south if it gets to crazy here in Georgia. My next move is to more of a rural area.

I just hope these major moves don’t bring down a ton of change. Change is good at times, but too much of anything is never good.

The prices are rising down here. I’m going to have to make sure my salary continues to grow

But seriously the flipside of working from home is a lot of these people can take East Coast salaries or Chicago salaries and live very comfortably in rural areas.

majority of my family is from the south but I can’t imagine moving down there..I don’t want to be in hot weather 365 days of the year

3 months of summer like weather is good enough for me

maybe when I’m ready to retire I’ll move to Houston or some shyt tho don’t wanna be out here shoveling snow out of my driveway when I’m 75
