that's compound interest. Im not saying to kill anyone already born, I'm just saying that human beings need to be aware of that rapid growth and what it does to the environment and the limited amount of livable land available. Especially in the age of Climate Change and the speculated amounts of land that will be underwater in 40 years or less.
Buffalo is experiencing heavy revitalization and cultural renaissance. I’m expecting heavy positive population growth in the next few decades they made nice gains in the last decade. It’s a dump outside of how some of these farms look along with the actual nature aspects (visually). I remember years ago driving up to Toronto and stopping for gas’s couple of hours outside of Syracuse.
The people looked like fukkin Honey Boo Boo and her family. Broke ass CACs everywhere, not much going on in town and it literally felt like what you hear about these backward ass towns that litter the south.
And even with “larger” cities like Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester you got drugs and crime to deal with, very little industry and broke ass people. It literally felt like the only shyt popping in Syracuse was the university.
It’s very clear why the overwhelming concentration of wealth in the state is in NYC, Westchester, Long Island and then wherever in NJ people with $ fanned off into
shyt they just broke their All-Time murder record incredibly low wages.Move to Nevada

looked at miami rental prices today and almost threw up.I split my time between ATL (where i live), NY and miami. Remote work makes this possible. But ATL and Mia have definitely gotten more expensive since 2018

I get the feeling they absolutely despise NYC/Downstate with a passion of a 1000 burning suns lol

Man when u look at those numbers, it's frightening. My parents have seen the world go from 2B to almost 8B in their lifetime. That's crazy
