so 5 teams won 20 of the 21 superbowls then after this era was done we switched off to a few qbs dominating the afc.

This is telling. There may not be any Celtics or Lakers type teams in the NFL with championships in the teens. But there are 3 or 4 NFL Franchises with 4 or more titles. There's more than enough dynasties in the NFL, where one can easily pinpoint to a lack of parity in certain conferences during certain eras.

When was the last NFL era when BOTH conferences produced two new matchups who haven't made it to the SB within a 5yr span? There's never been FULL parity between both conferences at the same time.

Steelers, Cowboys, 9ers, and Pats fans love to brag about their teams dynasties(both past and present) but also wanna hollar "NFL Parity EXIST!!"



We've seen the Giants, Pats, and Steelers win multiple titles in the last 10yrs. And we've almost seen the Seahawks do the same(but they lost to the habitual AFC winning Pats) we could've seen the Broncos do it(but they lost to the same NFC winning Seahawks who'd go on to win the NFC the following year, and they lost to the multiple AFC-winning Steelers in 2005-2006) and we've almost seen the Colts do it.

I said the NFL has more parity than the NBA. But my point was that the NFL only has parity in one of the two conferences for any given decade. You can keep going all you want. I already know all of that NBA trivia of "These players have been in every NBA Finals since such and such" it won't change the face that 3 teams have won the AFC more than 10times in the last 15yrs. The AFC hasn't had parity for nearly 20yrs. Period. None of the trivia you're about to bring up will change that. But go ahead. Spout more trivia. But I assure you around the same time next year, The Coli will be discussing how Tom Brady or Ben Roethlisberger performed in Super Bowl 51.
