no. because hundreds of people commit heinous crimes
look breh im only in favor of it in specific cases with hard evidence, but that man deserves to die, and die painfully. i agree with you ALL DAY that there are problems with the system, buti dont think we're "above" killing that dude and others like him
Just throw his ass in jail for life with no chance of parole. There's an argument to be made that it's worse than being killed anyway.

Too much potential for abuse with the death penalty, it's way too biased in terms of who gets it, and it's more expensive for taxpayers than life in prison.
