Jimmy is a active recruiter who goes out to get guys on the roster. I rather go that route. Will it be the best, maybe not, but nothing will sicken me more seeing jimmy get shipped off, and hoinerd and the Muppet babies in the front office get to stay.

My suggestion, if hoiberg goes, fire gar with him. Make John paxson come down and take full time gm duties. Make paxson take a pay cut. This would off set the money lost hiring fred, and it would be deserved since they hired this idiot. I'm willing to promote maybe Boylen or Pete meyers up to head coach for cheap, again to off set cost for jerry. I mean neither of them can be any worst than fred and I saw some video of Pete meyers coaching in summer league, not a big x and o guy but a hell of a motivator, at least he can fire the team up. Unless Im wrong we have a chance for the Kings 11th+ pick , the picks a top 10 protected pick. So if that's the case you get two first rounders. So you have some movement there, we will know soon enough. If so, we get a bit more options from a trade or draft stand point. I won't go into this yet, until we get closer to the draft.

Players:

Mirotic - someone is stupid enough to take him and I think Mirotic is good enough to be in the NBA but he has not progressed at all. I would look for a sign and trade or just let Mirotic walk.

I would look to sign MCW on players bargain - i don't see him as horribly as some of you and I think he puts in the work this offseason as his career is currently in a cross roads period

Sign Ben McLemore or Tim Hardaway Jr
resig Isaiah Canaan

PG - Rajan Rondo, Canaan, MCW
SG - Wade, McLemore/Hardaway, VAlentine
SF - Butler, Zipser, No. 16 pick

if we let MCW go , I would look at shaun Livingston (as that who I hiope MCW molds his game into)

at the end of the day if we can land a top 5 FA this summer without giving up anything (except maybe letting Wade walk) I would do that.

Having Wade opt out gives us a bag of money and we can chase Gordan Heyward, Kyle Lowery, Danilo - a guy that can come in and be respected on the perimeter

this is why they got McDermott and Mirotic in the prior years. Kennard is probably better shooting and foot work wise than McDermott (without the length) but went to Duke, well spoken, clean cut and can score on the perimeter in various ways. He has a bit of JJ Reddikk in him but with better handling.

the same knocks they had on Hayward is what they are saying on Kennard

while I agree Kennard is not a respectable defender he definitely make the attempt to stay in front of his man and he makes his man work while he's on offense

GarPax's jobs are gonna be safe regardless of if we rebuild or not and I doubt Hoiberg will be fired either if we being honest. These dream scenarios sound nice on paper, but are kind of a long. Unless the Bulls plan on singing KD and Steph there's no way to really avoid mediocrity especially since most of these dudes looking to get paid this off season. Realistically I can't see anybody taking a pay cut to sign with the Bulls.

This team is flawed and as great as jimmy is he couldn't get the bulls one win vs boston without rondo.I don't see no way out which is why I think they should blow it up now.

Whats the alternatives? sign ibaka declining ass,or millsap a 32 year old who will be on the decline his next contract? That aint gonna do nothin but get the bulls 6-8 seeds and the same results as this year.
