like they’re not gonna know
risk losing your job over someone who can’t quit smoking pot for 3 weeks
What's for them to know? Unless he is not allowed to travel out of state, he'd have a document from a licensed professional and certified organization. Even if he dropped dirty in front of them, simply due to the nature of drug screening and unpredictable environment variables, it wouldn't affect me at all.
I know what you're saying though but the only reason I bust moves for people is because I solely have all control over the outcome. I'm the executive director. Ain't no one over me but the Board of Directors and since we're a 501c3, it's in name only. There's so many protocols in place with hipaa, DASA and our infrastructure that if it even reached me at all, I would just lie. I got subpoenaed today and basically said "nah" because an employees mom died so I told them he doesn't work here anymore and without a court order and warrant, I'm not releasing his info for you to find him. Even with a court order, I'd falsify his contact information, 1099 him so even if they tried to prove he works here, I'm not obligated legally to hold on to contracted employee information. This is of course if they even bothered to try to get both a court order and warrant beyond a subpoena. He's burying his mom Tuesday. No way I'm gonna have him at city hall talking to a$$holes over work shyt and getting deposed for the courts sake.
I increased revenue for the company by $300k this past year alone. Only the founder is over me and he can't even outright fire me without board approval. And our biggest contract of $2mil/yr is an open ended indefinite contract that is stipulated that no non-board appointed executive can be terminated without prior approval from them to do so or the contract is voided...and I'm the only one that has or will hold that position and they deal with exclusively. I'm also the grant writer for the contract and the founder signed off on it haha. I put that in there specifically for me locking in job security or he risk losing the entire contract. At this job, for me specifically, in damn near unfireable. That's the only reason why I'm here still here at this place honestly. Job security. If the founder didn't have a son he'd be leaving me all this shyt.
When you getting back on COD:IW is a more important question sis.
