if it's for some petty shyt, it doesnt make a difference. everytime i've been to court the judge never even looks at me, he talks to my lawyer the entire time.

fukk the judge, DA, jury, bailiff, etc, them cacs gone do what the fukk they gone do regardless, a tie and some hard bottoms ain't gone change their decision, granted i've never been to court for anything more than driving violations, I don't put too much into what I wear when I do go, I put more into dressing for work than I do for court

I don't think judges care anymore quite honestly. Even when I was a probation officer I didn't wear a suit to court. I've testified on the stand in jeans and a polo shirt with tennis shoes. The judges never blinked an eye

I found that when YOU go to court dressed and speaking correctly, you stand out from the other people (not just black people) who are dressed like some shyt.

Therefore, the judge most likely will go easy on ya.

Though my cases have only been traffic/parking infractions, this is my experience.

Dudes get away with khakis and button ups now...20 yrs ago you couldnt rock that in a proper office gig...
