I remember when he had a scientists on in 2020, before covid really really blew up in the US. And the guy, who later ended up working on the Covid WH task force with Trump and Biden, basically laid out what was gonna happen: super contagious, hundreds of thousands of people will die, economic instability, etc. And Rogan was enthralled, totally concerned and believed every word.
Flash forward a few months and everything that guy said had come true. But suddenly Rogan was dismissive of every official preventive measure and thought we were being too cautious. The different reactions make sense when you consider how his brain/mindset works. When he first heard "covid dangerous" it wasn't an official position of the government. It was largely just a few scientists yelling about what was going on in China...but it hadn't reached the US yet, Trump was saying it wouldn't be a big deal, etc. In short it was a subversive message: not official, not mainstream. By the time "covid dangerous" became an official US government/world community policy and safety measures were being taken, it stopped being subversive and instead became "government/experts/etc telling me what to do" in his mind. And suddenly all the shyt he was scared about initially stopped being scary, then became over hyped, then "is this a scam/fraud" etc.

Great information. I like when sun dodgers are left speechless, without a single talking point to counter anything he said. And I'm not reading through 10 pages of white rage. If you have better or more accurate info, supply it.
