They don't have people in da streets & clubs etc. Nelly was moving drugs in hefty bags so it's a good chance he knows some people that will set her car on fire for a fee etc.

As horrible as police, lawyers, & judges can be they look to exploit you in terms of legal situations/loopholes and tax situations to ruin your credibility. Nelly can probably get some1 to run up on her crib, car, family etc just because.
