But real talk she told me that cause she dont want me to train her period. I been on her about her weight before and she dont like me talking about it so this was her way of telling me that.

She dont think imma do it

But forreal, I don't know why, but a lot of ladies don't like having their mans train em. I had a sidekick that was married, her dude never worked with her. I was in the gym and a brehette from work was there. She came up and was asking me to help her with something, and I'm like aye, isn't that your husband right there 10 feet away? She was like yeah, but we don't work out together. I know ladies that hire personal trainers when their dudes go to the same damn gym and could have them getting the same results, minus the surcharge.

So the dude that lives in your crib and can see you naked (and you'll let him hit) and you're cool with that, but if he goes to the gym he's gonna be overly critical? He wasn't overly critical of you (your body or work ethic) when he smashed, was he? Why would a dude that's not smanging be more invested in you than the dude that has to see you every night?


I think it really depends on the girl ofc. The girls I mentioned were all noobs/DYELs/etc. They're the type that get "intimidated" by shyt at the gym. I also know two girls (both married) from work that are really fit and will train with their guys (one dude is a beast, one is not), so I think the more of a gym rat a girl is, the more they'd be open to working out with their SO.

well... she ain't a gym rat at all, and she loves to eat.

What I don't like is that she thinks she knows everything about working out, but will tell me in the same breath that what she's doing ain't working.


I'm like... yeah if you working out plus eating pizza, you probably ain't gon see the results you wanna see.

What I want her to do is put herself in my hands, from training, eating, everything.

That's the deal we made. If I show her that I can do it for me, she's gonna let me do it for her.

All I got in on Dec 4 was 100 push-ups and 100 jumping jacks. Was busy with work but that's my fault. I should have made the time for a real workout. Gonna remedy this tomorrow (Dec 5). In the meantime I'm gonna get this rest and command my muscles to grow like CT Fletcher

Glad you’re finding the channel useful. I like that the videos aren’t edited, they allow themselves to be human and they’re easygoing but motivational.

I like the fact that bro is honest. Even in the diet video, he tells you exactly what he eats and while he cuts most sugar out his diet, he still eats cookies.

I needed that cause I got a terrible sweet tooth. If I had to cut all the sugar out my diet, I'd be miserable
