Also, my own research shows that Nepal doesn’t even have instrument landing system installed in a a few of their airports. ILS is critical for precision Landings when pilots have to go IFR due to low visibility conditions (which occur quite frequently in Nepal)

Doubt it. Flight attendants would be yelling and they'd have their heads down. But that first bank seemed kinda steep to me considering how low they were so maybe dude filming knew something was off

A lot of times when you’re in low enough altitude, your phone will connect to the cellular networks, if it’s not in airplane mode. And that’s assuming the airline didn’t have Wi-Fi.
