Don't be fooled, Noel is going into this years draft anyhow..

He could still go higher than he will next year in this years draft so there's no reason for him to pass up on guaranteed money. He can still go top 3 this year while he doesn't even have a chance at doing it next year with Wiggins, Parker, Randle etc.
