You pay the athlete according to how much money that team generates for the school. No way a swimmer makes the same money a QB at a major football school.

Will they all get the same amount? No one has yet come out with a valid plan to breakdown how to handle paying college kids.

Star high school players are spread out all across college all over teh country. Some of them pan out as great talents in college and some dont.
The bottom line is, now you're taking all those great players and just having them go to Ohio St or Texas or 2-3 other schools just to ride the bench b/c they'll get paid more to do that than go somewhere else and play.
