At worse case scenario......he can always get a job as a coach on Coach Cal's staff like our former players Wayne Turner, Tony Delk, Scott Padgett, and Marquis Estill.

What can I say? Kentucky basketball isnt just a sport, it's a way of life and we look after our own:manny:

he will be a top 10 pick, at worst.

I wouldn't even say that. The only way he falls out of the top 5 is if Orlando's pick isn't in the top 5. You only pass up Noel if you need a guy that can help you right now, and as talented as Noel is, he probably wasn't gonna help your team out much anyway.

:myman: tremonthustler and jadillac making sense. This pay everyone cry sounds simple until you break down who gets paid what. Who gets more money at Alabama AJ McCarron,Dee Millner or Eddie Lacy? Will they all get the same amount? What about the other nikkas that are sure to be 1st round picks how much paper they getting?

All schools ain't caking off sports hell FSU is having all kind of issues with it's athletic department and the budget riight now. No one has yet come out with a valid plan to breakdown how to handle paying college kids.

If ur gonna do it, then you'll have to take a full sum of everything and just divide it up.

But now the star QB from Alabama will be getting the same amount of money as the backup crew/row member.

yeah.

and then imagine if THAT portion was roughly equivalent to 4 years of free housing, food, and education.

we may be on to something here... just need a catchy name.

something that combines the scholastic aspect of it, and the full boat they're getting with regard to their cost of living.

hmmm... schoolboat... no that doesnt work. scholarboat... no thats not quite it either... scholar..ship? scholarship.

man.

this could work.

He's probably got an insurance policy anyway, but hopefully at worst this is an ACL tear and nothing more. It didn't look bad on replays like it did when if first happened. Hopefully Nerlens didn't do anything major.
