On top of them being old ass geezers that dont have an email address.![]()
Sit around and do nothing brehs![]()
We don't know that for an absolute fact. A defeatist attitude will make that an absolute fact though. It doesnt matter..... the fix is in. No matter what you do nothing short of threatening these people's, life, money or families, nothing will change what's gonna happen...
They will ram this down our collective throats... no matter how many voices of dissent will be.

Breh, I see shyt like this at work all the time. They wanna get into "current times" and get websites and kinds of other shyt done and hire whoever will run the most verbal game. Not all of them are selling monorails like on The Simpsons, but you have so-called tech companies that know these geezers don't know shyt about technology and will do whatever is suggested and then charge whatever because these corporations have unlimited money and don't want to get left behind when it comes to their technology.
We don't know that for an absolute fact. A defeatist attitude will make that an absolute fact though.
At least try something.![]()

I don't even know what it means![]()
These ISP's are probably going to be shytting money now. They are about to throttle the speeds of EVERYONE's internet just so they can make a buck.
ISP: Oh nikka!! You watchin Netflix!?!? Extra 10.99 for "smooth" speeds.
Paying Customer: But I'm not watching it right now.
ISP: IT DOESN'T MATTER bytch nikka WE OWN THE INTERNET..fukk YOU PAY ME!
It's going to go on forever and the worst part is America doesn't even have the fastest internet in the world and yet we will be paying like we do. fukkery at it's finest. It was a nice run internet. The retro wave begins again.
Right now...you pay your ISP for broadband...you pay for a certain speed...you can access anything and it is illegal for them to throttle that speed...it is illegal for them to make it so that when you log in to netflix to stream a movie, your ISP cannot just slow your bandwidth down to a crawl...
This ruling could possibly change that...this ruling makes it so that the ISP could actually throttle your connection to whatever internet service or site they want...makes it possible for them to tell you "unless you pay another 5.99 your bandwidth speed for Netflix will be capped at 10 MB"...even if you are paying for 50 MB
or it will work like this...they just charge the shyt out of Netflix, since a lot of people are sucking up a lot of their bandwidth to stream movies from netflix...and netflix says "fukk you Time Warner we are not paying that"....this makes it so TIme Warner can say "fine, no one on the time warner network will be allowed to access netflix"
Right now you are just paying for bandwidth...this shyt pass you going to pay again just to be able to access shyt that was always free...
Remember how CBS tried to hold Time Warner hostage, and Time Warner just blacked out CBS in a ton of markets...this would be the internet version of that
Nah... in the end they'll lose. You can keep the people docile by not fukking with things that directly affect them or by messing with things that take a long time for the results to show. Messing with folks internet is gonna lead to an instant public outcry. Just watch. EVERYBODY uses the internet.
Nope, our country is too complacent, when was the last time we actually forced any type of real change?
The reality will be this, people will bytch and moan for a few weeks to a month, then eventually people will get used to it and it will be forgotten. That is how things work here because our officials never have to worry about actually getting the boot.
Yeah but they'll implement the changes at such a pace that the only ones that notice it will be the ones paying attention from the get go. In a few years tinge the masses will be saying "is it me or has the price of Netflix doubled, and what's with these commercials telling us don't forget to worship our Comcast overlords"The reason people are complacent is because they still have their toys and distractions. Even poor people have flat screen tvs and iphones. But once you start taking away the stuff people use as a distraction from the real issues then they have no choice but to raise their voice. At least that's what I think.
