because conglomerates like comcast and bullshyt At&t got an entire monopoly in select cities and even if their service is shytty where you can't get coverage or good service at all or they're throttling your speeds on some bullshyt... Your assed out because since they have a stranglehold in certain cities that has no compete clauses that means they're the only ISP in the entire town... no one else can move in on their territory... we've been explaining it in the beginning of the thread.
