Over all I dont think people are going to care.... Just like with phones and phone plans.

An embarrassing number of people genuinely don't understand tech issues, even the fukking legislators who repealed Net neutrality. Once the ISP's start changing shyt drastically like charging more to access sites such as youtube etc.. then people will understand how they got screwed and will be pissed. Just like people have been policing their mobile data usage even those with so called "unlimited" plans, they'll do the same thing at home and hate it and the people who were responsible for it being that way.
