@tremonthustler1 would be the one who has the low-down on this, but I'd imagine that Vaughn's role won't change too much. He'll focus on more of the X's-and-O's and the implementation of the schemes, and Nash will be the Phil Jackson figure, making sure everyone (especially Durant and Kyrie) are on an even keel, mentally.
You ask all the dudes that played alongside Nash throughout his career, and they'll tell you they'd drop everything they had going on in their lives and join the Order of the Nash Sabbath, if he were to ever start a cult.

Jason Kidd literally did the exact same shyt with the same team though. He has no coaching experience but he gets to skip over all those brothas who are assistants who have been working for years? I wish nothing but failure for the Nets.

Different situations. GS was a bad team with new owners. Was Mark Jackson ever a coach before he became GS head coach?
No...point is, there’s a racial precedent in my response that you are completely overlooking In my comment. But thats to be expected because youve always seem to cower in those type of discussions. Best way to survive in the newsroom I guess.
steve kerr was never a coach either and that worked out fine

I'm not gonna pin that on a team who did this with Jason Kidd first. What you're saying is true; I just don't think it applies here.
I'd be more upset at a team like the Pacers who are waiting for a 70 year old coach to get fired rather than get Vaughn on the phone and see whether he'd fit what they want (and the Pacers want what Vaughn has been good at: player development and an offense designed around shooting more)
