What sparked all this disrespect toward pg from players? Just him saying he dealt with anxiety/depression in the bubble?
As a Pacers fan, I've followed him from the start. He's always been very very very good, sometimes mediocre, and occasionally great rather than consistently great, yet his stature in the league, endorsements, having his own sneaker, etc makes it come off like like he's better than he actually is.
He's a top 20-25 player, which means he's exceptionally good, but he carries himself and is promoted like a top 10 guy. He isn't, and that leads to league and fan resentment. Also seems to lack accountability and men in general don't respect other men being vulnerable about their mental health problems.
Also doesn't do himself any favors with the clown shyt he's said and allegedly done throughout the years.
