Only thing I'll add is how important having a vision is to creating and actually reaching goals.

I don't know if we can all be visionaries but it takes prayer and faith to look forward and see something beyond your current situation.

It may not even come to fruition but a vision will motivate you to change your reality.

fukk man, I been going thru it my damn self and thinking about getting my next job in auto sales so I can stack this paper & work myself out of debt/being broke af

I know Ima work my ass off cuz I've worked in dealerships before but Guarenteed paid training is nice and at least if I get good at it I might fukk around & get myself out of debt within a year or so, with a nice sales experience base if I wanna move on by then. shyt is not gonna be fun at all but I guess that's part of the grind right? I ain't lookin forward to it at all, but a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do . nikka can't even relax & play the PS4 without worrying about shyt, ain't no escapism bih

Go on Youtube and start watching various videos about career development, business or self improvement. Apply everything you learn. See what works. Throw out what doesn't.
