I don't see how nikkas believe LeBron wouldn't have succeeded in the West. Unless dude went to a DOGshyt franchise (there's no franchises out West worse than the Cavs w/o LeBron), he could've at least went to two Finals. With the Lakers being down after Shaq and SAS making the Finals every other year, he still could've found a niche in the mid 2000s. Not to mention any season after the last Lakers title being up for grab.

He would've been in his athletic prime longer because of less minutes spent carrying the Cavs and their atrocious roster, so that would've led to a higher performance level from him. The West always had ballers over this time, so even if he went to someone like the Rockets in 08, he would've been balling with Yao, T-Mac, and THE Steve Francis. (that Rockets roster was actually pretty interesting, if they did have LeBron :whew:)

There's no way Bron doesn't succeed, face it.

Damn idiots still saying Bron wouldn't get out the West but forget that you would have to put him on one of those beastly West teams

That's cool and all but Lebron DID take that stupid fadeaway 3 at the end of game 1 when he should have drove to the basket. The Cavs could have been up 3-0 in Cleveland if Lebron made the right play in that situation :francis:

That's the play that REALLY cost them that finals

He drove to the basket at the end of game 2 and missed the layup to win it...:francis:
no guarantees either way...so we can't say they would've been up 3-0....

Ya'all are a riot. NBA players make game-winning shots a 30% rate, but you think Lebron is so spectacular that he had some sort of guaranteed 2 points on the final play against one of the top defensive teams in the league, "If only he had made the right play."

What made-up "fadeaway three" are you talking about anyway? It was a 20-foot jumper, the same distance he had hit for a game-winning shot against Chicago earlier in the playoffs.

:comeon:

A drive to the basket with the game on the line is a FAR better percentage shot for Lebron than a fadeaway 3 in the corner.

I think he had like 8 seconds just holding the ball before he took that shot too:mindblown:
