I feel you but this is going full gothic…it falls in line the skinny punk or something. its a new avenue so it seems. I feel like in theaters its gonna be a hit. Should've dropped November this year. Dark movie for the cold would be perfect. March may still be a lil chilly however

DC can carve out their own lane
They just need to have good directors
Snyder cut was way better than Whedons and I was a skeptic

I like that they don't guide their directors as much as Marvel but there are some times I definitely wish they stepped in for the universe to go in a different direction

Yeah, at this point, the only way they can go is up. But honestly, whatever execs are over the company's whole direction have probably written it off except for Batman-related media. The comic book movie craze is going to eventually dry up, which is why marvel keeps reinventing it with their shows and now animation.

Im an old old comic book head, and except for animation (DC still runs that game for now, but Marvel is about to take that too), Marvel has done better filmwise, in gaming, and other areas.

Kind of sad, but DC will never reach Marvel's level at this point, and the leadership is to blame.
