No I'm saying this because ESPN cares about ratings and they're dealing with the weirdest and most insecure and sensitive fanbase of all time.

Kobe doesn't even belong in this conversation. They bring him up because people love him and like talking about him. The media "hate" of Kobe was not voting him MVP enough and occasionally showing stats that suggested his team was more successful when he shared the ball more.
