Street Fighter could never be purely translated to Film. This is about the best you could hope for. Characters will have the most absurd body physique, throw fire from their fist, and have a name like "Rob".

I'll check it for pure nostalgia.

Virtua Fighter have a better chance of being properly translated correctly. Street Fighter always had a campy undertone so I don't expect it to be too serious.

No one can pull off that smug, punch able look that Shultz can bring to the role except maybe Jim Carrey, but he's too old. Plus Dan is supposed to be a joke combo of Robert Garcia and Ryo Sakazaki. It looks like they're really leaning into the Robert influence for this version of Dan.

Roman Reigns Akuma looks great. I don't mind the beard.
