Why yall acting brand new with lunch shaming? This shyt been happening for decades. I had my lunch thrown away as a kid and they didn't even offer alternatives at the time. You just sat at the table with the other kids like while they ate their lunches. The real shame is that it took this long for someone to combat it.

I wasnt poor but I always was in lunch debt because I would charge up my card with candy and soda

Everytime my mom gave the school a new lunch check it was only enough to cover my candy debt, then I was back in the negative right away


The day they stopped letting us buy candy when we had a negative balance.....
