I think New Orleans should host all star game every year. One of the best party cities in the world especially in February..

New Orleans doesn't support anything

They are regularly the lowest attended stops during concert tours

Even with the big acts like Jay and Drake and Beyoncé
nikka what.

You couldn't find a hotel room downtown the weekend of the Beyoncé concert.

It's Halloween every else, in the city we got Voodoo fest, a saints home game , on top of that Halloween in New Orleans draws a huge crowd. Good luck finding a room in or around the city this weekend.

That's why they do studies or should do studies on whether there's enough disposable income, interest levels, corporate sponsors, etc to support a new franchise in a city. New Orleans probably suffers from all three. After the Saints and LSU is there money to go around for the Pelicans? I think the league was going to move them permanently after Katrina but it would've made them look bad so the team came back after that year in OKC. The Raiders should be fine in Vegas but that NHL team is gonna draw just like the Pelicans do but probably worse.

Lol @ this shyt..

You're a team that finished what 9th or 10th in the WEST last year, and stunk it up in Preseason but yall want a sell-out??

When CP3 was playing and David West, the arena was packed...When you suck, you don't attract fans, bottom line...outside of A.D. noone is worth seeing..other than Buddy Heil but he's a rookie and have to earn his minutes..

Once they get players/product on the court then fans will fill the seats back up...
When teams are losing, your arena will only be filled when the team is playing teams with Superstars...aka GS or Cleveland etc..

If Denver plays any other team that didn't win last year and finished at the bottom of the conference...Do you think the arena would have been packed??

they were giving away tickets for two dollars too

doesn't matter what else is going on in town, you HAVE to sell out your season opener

plus they have one of the standout young players in the league too?

that is a BAD look no matter how you cut it.
nikka we took your team and All Star Game. Shut up.
