New Rappers That you initially hated but..

I had the same experiences with J Cole, Wale, and Drake where they all dropped classic mixtapes (FNL, SFG, Mixtape About Nothing) that made me anticipate their debut albums which were dissappointments and made me see them as corny/wack. All won me back over with their sophomore albums and I've been a fan since.

I always thought Future was just dope at hooks. Always liked his singles but that was where it stopped. Took a few spins of DS2 to see why people are on his wave so hard these days.

Thought they were lame as fukk when No Flex Zone dropped but now I actually respect Rae Sremmurd's song making ability. Dudes make dope club joints. They got that whole modern day Kriss Kross/Kid N Play vibe of youngins just having a good time. Can't knock it.

Between him being affiliated with Jeezy (not a fan) and hearing more about him from him talking shyt in interviews I wasn't really in a rush to get acquainted with dude's music.

Truth is, if this was the 90's this nikka would be a fukking superstar. He actually reminds me of Pac a little bit, the way his flow is so constant and methodical.
