open world games are intensive

it's easy to make a 'tech demo' of a guy walking down the street. but as they start fleshing out the actual game, they probably needed those cycles for other stuff they're trying to do. they said the delay was pretty much to make the game more complicated

How complicated will this game be?? This looks on par with GTA V and that game had a lot of shyt in it. I mean I can expect a minor downgrade but THIS!?!?

if yall care about graphics so much, just buy a pc...cause that's where the reveal and first footage came from...so i'm sure the game will look like that on pc....

They assured us it would look like that on ps4/xbox though

yeah, made me immediately think of the division and how gimped it'll actually look.

it also has to run on last gen hardware, just like GTA V. I haven't played GTA V, but I also seem to remember complaints about the framerate in that game dropping pretty low. open world games are intensive

it is what it is. you can chalk it up to ubi being incompetent or whatever, but I'm pretty sure they want their game to look as good as it can. it's running at 30 fps on the ps4 and X1, so I don't think they have a lot of overhead

of course they did, they want you to buy their product...but people shouldve known that wasnt gonna be the case...that's why i said if graphics are that important to people, they need to game on pc cause those graphics will always be better than consoles...

What do you define as "shyt"? Cuz them graphics looked better than Uncharted series, yet alone every PS3 game and even Infamous Second Son and the current PS4 games. What are you expected to see the niccas pores when he's roughly 10 feet away and moving?? Homey you can't even see a real persons pores in real life unless you about 1 foot away and their stationary?

that's not a fair comparison...1 game is multiplat and being built for 2 gens of consoles; while another is exclusive and only on 1 gen...seriously, all yall jumping to conclusions about a gif and trailer...how about waiting to see the game in action?....i'll go out on a limb now and say: i bet this game looks no worse than ac4 on ps4/xbox1....

i have AC:BF and that's nothing to brag about since the graphics are comparable to uncharted 3 graphics; except open world.

whose bragging? just saying the game looks good...not the best ever, but it looks damn good on my tv....and i'm just saying that this game is being made by the same company and under the same conditions (multi plat/gen), so i'll willing to bet that at worst, WD will look like ac4...
