It wasn't a sure thing. Gunn spent the last 2.5 years announcing ZERO projects that included Wonder Woman.

Also, the last WW movie was trash. So yeah....

Of course a new Wonder Woman would be made in a new DC kickoff...you cant be serious..lol

People in here talking about how successful whatever current run of DC comics might be are missing the point....probably on purpose



DC's reputation as far as their movies is in a hole. They're going to have to come up with something really spectacular, several somethings, consistently, to get out of that hole. Anyone saying otherwise isn't dealing with reality. It ain't fair but it is what it is.

Wonder Woman is a more skilled hand-to-hand fighter, though. So she would have the advantage there.
