A new one is to reverse the path of ness I've been on. Wanna make sure I stay healthy. Had fun in my 20's, but it's now it time to start watching my weight, cholestorol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and shyt like that.

Wanna be healthy enough to get that 15th cert and join the upper echelon of coli's elite

Last year my goal was to make 10k/mo after taxes and I did it. I also wanted to buy my dream house, and I did that too.

This year my goal is to make 40-50k/mo after taxes. I also want to have at least 7 streams of income.

I also wanna have a 3some too. Never had one yet, I should be ashamed of myself

what type of job do you do? what type of job/promotion do you want to do for 40-50K/mo after taxes?

Workout the thing about me is i workout 2-3 days out the week. My ass just hates cardio though

No prob. I teach middle and high schoolers personal finance (i.e. budgeting, credit, paying yourself first, consumer behaviors and misconceptions, etc.). My hope is they learn now to avoid future problems.

I hear ya. My advice is to find your passion. Doing all the work (i.e. paperwork, networking, etc.) becomes easier when you have that.

what type of job do you do? I'm a security consultant. you know how nikkas always make fun of the nikka with 6 certs. Well that's actually me
what type of job/promotion do you want to do for 40-50K/mo after taxes? In my field, it'll be very hard to make that kinda bread as an employee. The 50k/mo will come from multiple places. From my consulting gigs, money from income property, and money I'll be getting from my businesses. Worst case scenario, I'd like to hit 15-20 in the next 12 months, then shoot for 40-50 in 2015.
how many streams so far? what type of streams? right now only 2, both from my consulting gigs. In the future 2 from consulting, 2-4 from real estate, and 2 from various businesses I own.

I so want to do this but for grown ups! I think people would change their lives if they new how far their money (no matter the amount) could take them.
