certain areas got that blood. OTHERS did not.

Very doubtful that there has been such a large immigration from the Caribbean and African into cities like Chicago and New York, that African Americans wouldn't still be the vast majority of Black people there. You are literally saying in excess of a million Black people from the Caribbean and Africa have immigrated into New York city, which still be less than the African Americans in cities like New York and Chicago.

Secondly, just so you are aware of it and you don't continue to sound so nutty; there is a second mass migration going on right now with African Americans. This time the movement is from North to South, which is why the populations of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, Florida and Texas keeping growing. Folks are basically heading home. So in that respect African Americans are leaving cities like New York and Chicago in droves; but their populations will still be in excess of a million + in those cities and most of those folks have roots in the Southern USA. The shyt is driving demographers crazy, but it explains why State like Virginia, Florida and North Carolina that used to be solid Republican states now vote Democratic on some occasions. Politicians also expect Georgia and Tennessee to start become more Democratic in future years.
