Despite the fact that if this happened in other cities, it would take 8 hrs+ to move people. Shyt, Atlanta gets 1 inch of snow their whole city gets turned out (pun intended) like it's mass chaos.

Unless this was a random emergency thats a normal type crowd if they are doing shuttle bus service if a train line is down They unload busses like 4 to 6 at a time. That crowd would usually be standing there for 5 to 10 minutes tops before a bunch of busses starts picking everyone up.

Right this is nothing new.....I don't do that shuttle bus shyt tho I usually take a Uber or something

Metro is stuck between being a commuter rail system like MARC and VRE and a regular metro system.

Metro is pretty much a hybrid system frfr.

I don’t remember the line being around the block. They were running the buses pretty regular, especially since kids had to go to school

that first week or so was horrible, they didnt have it planned well at all. fort totten was all type of fukkery. the route metro gave them was the long shiit. some bus shuttle bus drivers said fukk and took the eastern ave route instead of the georgia ave one

Couple of years ago, when they were doing heavy track work between Forest Glen and Brookland.

It was a month of shuttle bus, and for a good while. Every other weekend was shuttle bus service either from Rockville to Medical Center side or on the SS to Rhode Island side.

Now they’re doing that on half of the VA side of the Yellow line. Because of that, National Airport is the temporary terminus of the YL in VA, anybody south of it gotta catch them shuttle buses to and from it. I work in Pentagon City and commute from PG tho, so I’m Gucci.
