I still don't understand the allure of new York that has all these folks from abroad from all these backgrounds with money wanting to move there to do nothing or the same shyt they could do where they are moving from. shyt is dumb. Folks really trading the suburbs to move to live in a box sharing an apartment with multiple strangers to say they live in new York. All that money they are wasting because they want to be next door to "entertained". You tell where someone's mind is at based off of how they chose to use their freedom.

America has shytty infrastructure......that is all. Terrible way of handling that problem, especially during a heat wave where people are dying from heat strokes.

Exactly. During the heat waves I saw numerous times where someone was passed out and the ambulance had to come for them

One dude was slouched over by a bus stop that was like 30 feet away from the subway. But as I mentioned if you walk down the subway steps it’s no AC and like an oven

Who knows how much he and others would have avoided fainting if they had the comfort I knowing they can walk down every so often down the platform to cool themselves

In general we need more “cooling centers” it’s a very sad state of affairs when people gotta look run to a McDonald’s or something cause they can’t find other places to stay cool

If people anywhere from America saw public transportation in South Korea or Germany, they would update the Metro system in NY with the quickness. That was why I started driving, cause overcrowding in a heat wave is now life threatening.

The kirk to the fields
I bet you most of these people could have simply walked
They might live in a different borough.

This is a shuttle bus so it's not as bad as people making it sound. Basically they're going to send more than one bus as a replacement for the train.

Also you can get on it for free.

Regular buses don't have this kind of problem.
