His brief career as a pundit, after the fall from grace, was so weird. Dude is whip smart and you can see why he was so effective as an AG...but when you know about the prostitute stuff it just kills his effectiveness as a pundit...or as anything, really.

I read some time ago that his record as governor was mixed too. He walked in expecting to make some major changes, demanding NY politicians bend to his wheel...and it just didn't go as planned.
Yeah he tried to catch state legislators doing illegal stuff by having them illegally kept tabs on by state police among other things. He was just out of his depths by then.

how you like it? been thinking about mving upstate for some more space and commute to the city for work.
Well, I live in the hood of MV, it’s not bad at all. There are some nice pockets here where it’s excellent. Like Fleetwood. Commuting is easy, metro north is here, Bronx river parkway, Hutchinson, and cross county to the i87 all easily accessible. Bee line is ok I guess. Only use it to go to work. Nightlife isn’t city like, but it’s not bad either.

You live on the Southside then?
Yeah, I think all the outskirts/border areas are nice except on the way to the Bronx. Yonkers/Mt. Vernon and Pelham/Mt. Vernon outskirts are nice.
I haven't lived there in 20+ years (been in Harlem since I finished college) but that's where I grew up.

i got my spot for 220k. 3 bd 1ba got a decent size backyard. But as far as I know, 250k that’s what you’re looking at. Could find a few gems around. There’s 3 houses around the corner from me getting renovated.

Never heard of Sues until I moved up there. Shut down like a month after I closed.

You can get a big ass house for like $500K but the neighborhoods vary a lot. Some are nice while others are straight hood. But it is located nicely, closest suburb on the North Side of NYC along with Pelham and Yonkers which are more expensive and have a much lower % of Black people.

Yeah, out of luck with the rural part. It is solidly suburban so you will have a front and back yard. But there is no wide open spaces/country in the city.
But yes, no shortage of Black women so you are in luck there.
