This not saying nothing. Newark has changed and is changing. It's a reason Starbucks, Nike, Whole Foods, LA Fitness, and a Hockey stadium are downtown along with new housing developments springing up that aren't low income housing. Newark used to have nightclubs and a Nightlife. nikkas is being scooped out and pushed closer to the airport, down toward Bergen, towards Wequahic and south of Branchbrook park over by Barringer hs. Cacs coming for the park areas. Latinos and Portuguese got the water front which is basically called East Newark and into Kearny and its no nikkas there. Get pulled over by one of them Latino cops over there., you will see. Good luck finding affordable housing east of McCarter highway. So in conclusion Newark will always be Newark name-wise but it's not the same
