I specifically said this idea that XB1 offers better online service than PS4 is based on the screw ups during the PS3 era.
The difference in opinion you and I have is that you specifically made claims that PS4 has been down for "weeks" and the service hasn't improved at all since the PS3 days.
This is 100% false. Today the services are very much the same but you would rather pretend otherwise.

Those are mainly suggestions. MS does the same exact thing for their features. People consistently request different things to be added to each respective service.
I personally have been asking for Username changes for years. Blows my mind how Sony can't seem to get around to it.

PSN has been hacked and down for weeks, with people losing their CC info.

Breh. This shyt just happen to me last month. Can you believe I had to argue with Sony on refunding my money.

nikkas kept talking about their policy, and how they weren't liable for it. I had to ask for a supervisor and explain how I've been a loyal customer since psx, and that I will not just take the loss due to their poor security.

I'll post the email of the refund confirmation and the customer service feedback as proof after work.

Dude is just running in circles. Original post made no sense and sounded like someone who just said something on the spur of the moment based off of "feeling".

In 2016 saying Xbox Live is better than PSN just sounds dumb because they're basically the same. Shortcomings of PSN is another misnomer as PSN has had lots of features, hell even more than XBL for quite a while now.
